In memoriam to Eliza Wright

One of the more colorful people I interviewed for the Rhythm Club Fire documentary was a woman named Eliza Wright. Mrs. Wright told her story of being at the Rhythm Night Club with her brother and his wife on the night of the fire. She described in great detail, the search for her brother and his wife in the funeral homes after the fire.

Eliza also gave us some great side stories about her younger days as a social butterfly in Natchez, Mississippi and the deep south. One of the most entertaining accounts was her encounter with a young musician, BB King. This lady was very generous with her time and I am glad we were able to capture her stories on film.
